Susan Kelleher, a former Fox TV reporter in NYC and Miami, fell in love with real estate when she bought her Upper West Side coop 20 years ago. From the search for a quintessential pre-war property to a meticulous renovation that’s been tweaked over the years—she loved every aspect of the process. Susan has also run a successful video PR business, with a focus on financial services, wealth management and technology. 

As a TV reporter, Susan loved the unrelenting hunt for a great story. As a broker, she thrives on helping her buyers find exactly what they’re looking for: location, price point and whatever’s high on their wish list.  

A member of her coop board for many years, Susan also appreciates the challenges sellers face when looking for the perfect buyer: one who has the appropriate financials relative to the unit that’s being sold. Her board experience helps her counsel sellers and weigh the best options from prospective buyers.

Over the years, she’s lived all over the city and has assisted   prospective buyers with searches throughout Manhattan in a wide range of price points.  From the perfect pied a terre on Park Avenue to a starter home most anywhere in Manhattan, Susan enjoys helping her clients find the perfect place to call home.

Susan graduated from the University of Notre Dame. She lives in New York City with her husband  and son. She’s been an active volunteer for the Notre Dame Club of NYC. She also served as President of the Parents’ Club at  Regis High School.
