Ann has been living and working in NYC for over 30 years and is proud of her honesty, integrity and vast real estate knowledge, which she uses to help clients sell their home fast or customers find the perfect new home. She has owned homes in Greenwich Village, Tribeca, Brooklyn Heights, and even restored a historic 1882 Victorian beach home in Cape May, NJ. A successful entrepreneur, Ann owned one of the first skateboard stores in NYC in Soho and made skateboards with artist Keith Haring’s artwork & was lined up with friend Jean-Michel Basquiat & even Andy Warhol after he featured her skaters and shop in Interview Magazine. A lifelong animal lover, Ann also owned the first pet-care service in Tribeca & has always had dogs, so knows the importance of “pet friendly." She also has a B.A., M.A., M.S., and studied for an M.B.A. in marketing at Baruch College, and brings all of this knowledge to the business of real estate.
