Originally from New Rochelle in Westchester NY, Chris has lived in Manhattan for the past 25+ years. He has resided or worked in almost every neighborhood in Manhattan, and understands the nuances and uniqueness each area has to offer. Additionally his bi-county background allows him to appreciate what both Manhattan and Westchester have to offer and he can provide guidance for buyers looking for real estate in either area.

Previously the owner of a retouching and production company that created advertising work for major advertising agencies and national brands. Chris puts his past 20 years of creative experience into marketing and selling his clients properties. His years spent editing images has given him a keen eye for detail that he now uses to tailor his broker services to meet the specific needs of each buyer and seller he works with.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, Chris is currently residing in Kips Bay with his wife and two children where he is an active member of his kids school and neighborhood communities. Through Manhattan Kickers Soccer Club, he volunteers as a coach for his son’s team and oversees a weekly basketball game for neighborhood and community parents. Additionally he is an avid golfer and member of Westchester Hills Country Club in White Plains New York.
