Marcia Norman brings her clients over 25 years of experience in various facets of residential and commercial real estate. Her diverse roles have included onsite sales agent for sponsor-owned coop apartments, managing and leasing offices for an executive suite leasing firm, and tenant coordinator of a 50,000 sf retail antique center and office tower in midtown.
Marcia runs a client-centered practice that is focused on building relationships. Known for her patience, attention to detail and personable, honest approach, she has an effortless way of easing the stress and confusion often involved in the real estate purchase process. She walks her buyers and sellers through every step of their transaction, keeping them well prepared and informed so their path is clear, and their decisions are made with confidence.
Living in Manhattan for the past 30 years, on the Upper East and Upper West sides has given Marcia personal insight into the unique qualities these neighborhoods offer. Buyers looking for properties outside the city can benefit from Marcia’s vast knowledge of Queens and East Hampton real estate.
She holds a B.A. in Developmental Psychology from SUNY New Paltz, and attended the MA/PhD program in Clinical Psychology at The New School. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
