Tom Lisiak began working in Manhattan Real Estate in 2006 after spending twenty years doing Business Development and Product Planning for AT&T’s microelectronics division. During his corporate career, he developed extensive knowledge of real estate markets by investing in New Jersey rental properties and renting out the acquired properties.

Originally from New Jersey and educated at Rutgers University, acquiring a Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering, Tom has always been fascinated by Manhattan. After his corporate career he began doing rentals, and then sales in NYC, joining Rutenberg Realty in 2011. He partners with Dennis Daniel and together they have successfully closed dozens of sales transactions, ranging from $300,000 co-ops to $2M luxury condos.
