For over 30 years, Louis has been representing sellers of fine cooperatives, condominiums, lofts, penthouses, and townhouses. Louis has sold homes in the finest buildings on Fifth Avenue, as well as in New York City designated landmarks such as Butterfield House, The Hampshire, The Osborne, and The Portsmouth. In addition, he has sold numerous condominium units at 845 United Nations Plaza.
Louis graduated from Rutgers University. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from the Rutgers’ School of Management and Labor Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religion (World Religions) from the Rutgers’ School of Arts and Sciences. Louis is also an alumnus of Salisbury School in Connecticut.
