Kyle digs down into his clients’ motivation, their wants/needs, and then guides them to the desired outcome while navigating issues as they arise.
Kyle learned early on that knowledge is power and he has made it his priority to specialize in complicated deals like probate, foreclosure, violations, creative financing, and properties that need renovation. In addition to being a NYC agent, Kyle also helps clients sell/buy realty in Upstate NY and has an investment company called Tri-State Homes that focuses on helping distressed owners throughout the Tri-State area.
Kyle lives in Brooklyn and enjoys cheering on Liverpool in the English Premier League, backpacking trips, working out, live music, traveling, and random challenges of rock/paper/scissor.
