Besides his insight as an agent, Colin draws on his expertise in design, marketing, strategy and sales to create an all-around professional and successful real estate experience for his clients. His emphasis on team work, and adding joy and excitement to every transaction, make him effective and sought-after. To date, Colin has sold over $25 million worth of real estate, has exclusively listen and sold $12 million, with a 100% success rate, and has rented residential and commercial properties all over Manhattan, Brooklyn & Queens.
Colin enjoys working with new and enduring clients, and genuinely appreciates his substantial amount of return and referral business, which he considers the greatest compliment. He was thrilled to join R New York, to bond with and build a network of talented coworkers, take advantage of the firm’s tremendous resources, and uphold the integrity and commitment that he and the company deliver to their diverse clientele.
“In a market that sometimes projects a negative stigma but is also highly valued, I am proud to be part of a team that operates with true excellence and care for its clients. Honesty and transparency are at the heart of my approach, to help everyone I represent make the best possible decision for their unique needs and lifestyle, and place them exactly where they want to be. Your happiness and best interests are my first priority.”
When Colin is not consumed with marketing or showing homes, or having a laugh with his clients, he likes to stay balanced with his love for extreme sports. He is a licensed skydiver and adventure seeker who lives for jet skiing, snow skiing, hiking, rock climbing and traveling. Colin is also an avid yogi, meditation expert, theater and music enthusiast. Colin began his education at Northeastern University in Boston, and later transferred and graduated from UConn, holding a dual degree inn Political Science and Communications.
