A Manhattan resident since 1972 Marian is a US national and a dual citizen of Italy. Her love and enthusiasm for New York joins forces with her passion for architectural design/layout and home décor that blends perfectly with her particular business talents and acumen.  As a healthcare communications and graphic design sales and marketing executive, she honed her talents by focusing on clients marketing fulfillment. For more than 20 years she successfully was in contact with top Fortune 500 clients nationally and internationally. 

While earning a degree from Fordham University Marian initially lived in Manhattan's Upper West Side, Greenwich Village and subsequently moved to various other East Side and Midtown neighborhoods where she raised her children.  She resides in Murray Hill.

Marian enjoys traveling, theater, reading, skiing, horseback riding, and art and design. Her favorite charity the education and building fund of Fordham University Lincoln Center.
