My husband and I worked with Ben and Chris to sell our Cobble Hill apartment quickly (for some insane reason, we decided to move when I was nine months pregnant). I can’t say enough complimentary things about their work — they were so patient with us during an intense time, and made an overwhelming event (leaving a co-op and a neighborhood we’d lived in for 12 years) absolutely stress-free. I didn’t think it was even possible to do what they did — we sold our place for more than we’d expected (the highest sale ever in our building!) in an off-market deal in less than a week (we accepted an offer the day before I went into labor). Even more than the sale price and speed, we’re just so grateful for how kind, attentive, professional, and responsive Ben and Chris were every step of the way — it was an anxious and tender time for our family, but they truly made us feel safe and cared for. They answered all our questions immediately, helped us make preparations when we needed to, and advocated relentlessly on our behalf. Their knowledge of a complex and shifting real estate market is unmatched — they knew just what to do and when. I still look back at the whole transaction with genuine wonder. I can’t recommend or thank them enough! — Amanda Petrusich, Staff Writer @ The New Yorker
