Raised in a family with strong real estate background, Maritza Diaz worked in the real estate field since the 80’s. Dedicated, Outgoing, Knowledgeable, and most of all Caring – are the terms used to describe Maritza Diaz by those who have known and worked with her. Maritza prides herself in excellence, integrity and professionalism while displaying attentiveness and diligence to her clients.  She has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, landlord, renters, and investors.

Before joining real estate industry, Maritza worked as facilities manager for major law firms in New York City. Having been a manager of large staffs for many years, she is proficient at juggling multiple projects and deals at one time.  Maritza is equipped with a wide range of skills uniquely suited to the fast-paced New York market. Her main objective is to serve the best interest of her clients.  She finds satisfaction in helping her clients find the right home befitting their needs and requirements.

Maritza is fluent in Spanish and has lived in New York City for the most part of her life.  A longstanding resident of Gramercy Park, she is very familiar with the neighborhood.  As a former facilities manager for major NYC law firms she excels in customer service, negotiation and relationship skills. The law firm experience combined with her professionalism, knowledge of the market and hard work has benefited her clients in their real estate ventures.
