Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
gpryor@weRnewyork.com 212-688-1000 [ext 414] 347-644-9510Greta’s real estate career started in 2003, when she purchased her first distressed property. "I have a lot of vision and can see past the problems. There is rarely a property that I won’t go into, regardless of mold, debris or other hazards. It’s very satisfying to turn the worst property on the block into a wonderful home or building that someone will enjoy again." Several properties later, as the general contractor on each of her renovation projects, it has also given her a good understanding of building materials, structural and mechanical systems.
Before joining R New York, Greta worked as a technology manager in the financial services and legal industries. Having been a manager of large staffs for many years, she is very skilled at juggling multiple projects and deals at one time. She is also an excellent researcher, thinks “outside-the-box”, and can find your ideal residential or commercial property, on or off-market. If she can’t find it, it doesn’t exist!
When Greta is not working on a real estate deal, she is usually canvassing for other distressed properties, or coaching new investors on how to break into the real estate market. She is frequently consulted by clients and other agents for advice on evaluating and purchasing properties, and selecting contractors to renovate them.
A native New Yorker, Greta is a graduate of New York University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Theory, and has also completed certificate programs in Construction Project Management and Green Buildings. She is also a licensed real estate instructor, and teaches other agents on topics such as foreclosures and due diligence.
