Franck has been a practicing interior designer for over 20 years, having worked for some of the most acclaimed design firms in the field, with a first-class roster of clients from around the world. It was a natural progression from Interior Design to the world of Real Estate for Franck: the two tend to go hand in hand. Helping clients navigate through the home selection process, and further assisting them to envision the property’s design potential are what drives him to do what he loves every day. In 2004, Franck established his own design firm, based on the driving principle that “everyone, regardless of means, deserves a beautiful home.” In design and in real estate, he works tirelessly with his clients to help establish a budget, find the perfect property, and brings together the right team of lenders and attorneys, contractors and painters. He has managed to work wonders on modest projects from the smallest New York City studio apartments to luxury midtown penthouses.

Franck is an active member of The Real Estate Board of New York, and prior to joining Charles Rutenberg Realty, he was a salesperson at Coldwell Banker Bellmarc Group and at Anchor Associates LLC. Franck also has branched out into television, bringing his unique design vision to viewers of ABC TV’s “The View” as the on-air design expert, providing advice and home makeovers to lucky viewers from around the country. He offers the highest level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity to every transaction and he strives to make the daunting task of navigating real estate in New York as stress-free and enjoyable as he can. Born and raised in New York City,  Franck has been a resident of Sunnyside, Queens for nearly 10 years, and with his thorough knowledge of the city overall and years of experience working with a range of clients, he brings a superior level of knowledge, service and excellence to Charles Rutenberg Realty.
