Having split her time between Athens and New York City since the late ‘90s before moving permanently to Manhattan a few years ago, Tenia is intimately familiar with NYC and all its diverse neighborhoods. She loves everything the city has to offer in culture, education, entertainment, shopping, services, and of course its plethora of real estate opportunities.

Tenia has a long experience in all aspects of real estate, having transacted, financed, renovated, and managed multiple properties in Manhattan, Miami, Athens, and the picturesque Greek island of Limnos where she originally comes from. She combines an easy-going personality with a tenacious approach to solving problems, meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, integrity, and a genuine love for helping her clients achieve their real estate needs and dreams. In addition, her passion for interior design and architecture and her eye for good style can help clients envision what a space can be.

Tenia is an invaluable resource, whether her clients are buying, selling, or renting a primary residence, a pied-a-terre, or an investment property. She carefully guides them through all aspects of the transaction (from property identification and pricing, to contract negotiation, financing, and closing) and helps them with subsequent renting or other management needs. Tenia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Philology from the University of Athens, Greece and a Master of Science in International Studies from Central Connecticut State University. She is fluent in Greek. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling to new destinations and exploring the diverse cultural life of New York City. She currently lives with her husband in Downtown Manhattan.
