Prior to joining Rutenberg, Joann maintained a successful career in finance working in credit risk management, auditing and credit research after receiving her degree in Accounting from The Stern Business School of NYU. She has also worked overseas in Hong Kong and Beijing where she gained international exposure while working for companies that included ING Barings, BankAmerica, Ernst & Young and United States Trust & Company.

Joann has traveled extensively all over the world, and during these travels she developed her on-going passion for culture, architecture, people and cuisine. Additionally, she is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. She can provide her diverse clientele with all the information they need to select a property best suited to their needs, or sell one at the best market price.
