In a market where there are no such things as ''easy transactions'', Elizabeth has been a top producer. Elizabeth believes you should “never leave for tomorrow what you can do today.” She has followed this mantra her whole life and has carried this attitude into her work. Born and raised in Colombia, Elizabeth learned to work twice as hard as those around her, always studying harder to help her family. Her tireless ambition landed her in the world of real estate, where she quickly discovered she thrived. At just 18 years old she began administrating the buildings her family owned and made sure they always turned a profit. Her bachelor’s degree in communication coupled by her perfectionist work ethic made her ideal in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with brokers, potential clients, and ongoing renters. 

Always determined to create opportunities for herself, Elizabeth moved to the United States and established her own investment company where she would buy properties, fix them up and flip them. After success in flipping properties, she was able to purchase her first luxury properties in one of the up-and-coming areas of the Miami marketplace. Her eye for properties and ability to always negotiate a sale brought her into the world of real estate in 2008. Although she began her career during the financial crisis, she was able to pave a successful path for herself. During her many years working, Elizabeth has specialized in property management, investments, and facilitating the sale and rental process. 

Currently, Elizabeth lives in New York and continues to provide spectacular service to her clients. Always lighthearted and friendly, she helps nervous buyers and sellers feel comfortable and confident in their journey to purchase their dream home. She knows in her line of work it all comes down to relationships and she has zeroed in on people’s needs. She prides herself on creating unique solutions for each of her clients; a “one size fits all” approach is never employed. Clients will always have a friend in Elizabeth and can rest assured she will always go above and beyond for them.
