I have been working in the real estate profession for 29 years. My background has primarily been in property management, but I have been licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson for 22 years and as an Insurance Broker for 18 years. I think the training I have had will serve me well in serving you. I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. My property management and development experience gives me an insight into the details of a well maintained property as well assisting owners and coop boards with renovations. I have worked in the private sector in the east and west village of NYC, as well as for the past 22 years in the not-for-profit arena in the Clinton/Chelsea area. I have had an opportunity to work with an array of individuals requiring my patience and compassion.
I pride myself in meeting the needs of the Client and stand by my ethics and motto “If I would not live in a property, I would not expect the Client to”. I have carried these standards with me throughout my career.
