Born to a family of international real estate investors this dynamo originally hails from the West Indies and was raised in the Hamptons before relocating to New York City in her teens. As a gifted student she studied, pre-law at one of New York’s world-renowned universities before turning her attention to investment banking. Her quest for academic excellence led to her receipt of an undergraduate degree in Business with a concentration in Finance. Convinced that education is meant for personal as well as professional edification she plans to return to Harvard to complete her PhD in Business. 

Penelope brings many assets to her real estate career from a distinguished background in Business Development and Operations Management with a Fortune 100 company for approximately 15 years. Her expert market knowledge is accompanied by unparalleled expertise in the areas of Sales/Property Management, Marketing, and Project Development. 

This wonder woman founded and continues to manage a real estate investment and property management company on a limited basis.  Periodically, you may find her conducting industry lectures and motivational seminars.
