Working closely with developers, he was instrumental in the successful sellout of each project representing developers from small boutique buildings to multi-unit luxury condominiums. At the start of his real estate endeavor, Marcus entered The Corcoran Group, Village office where he specialized in the sales of condominium Lofts in Chelsea and Tribeca respectively.
