Emmanuel Cargill is an executive who brings business experience to real estate.  He has experience in general management, human resources, sales and marketing.   His background includes six years as SVP of Human Resources, and significant line management experience in the wine and spirit and food industries.     

Most recently, Emmanuel was Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Services (2009-2015) for Pernod Ricard USA, the US market company for Pernod-Ricard Group, co-leader in the wine and spirits industry (US $2B sales, 1,000 employees).  At Pernod Ricard USA, he led all human capital efforts and was part of the executive team.    In addition, Emmanuel was responsible for all real estate and managed more than 100,000 rsf of commercial office space. 

Emmanuel has dual citizenship (French and US) and is very active in the French American business community.  He is an advisor to the French foreign trade, an executive committee director of the French American Chamber of Commerce, and co-founder and managing director of the French American Entrepreneurship Award. 

Emmanuel holds degrees from the ESC Dijon Business School and an MBA from University of Memphis.   In addition, he has several continuing education programs in leadership from Columbia University and INSEAD

He has invested in residential real estate in greater New York and Paris.
