Tak Cheung is a real estate broker and investor who is focused on the Manhattan marketplace.  He is also Director of Research at Rutenberg.   He will be responsible for producing research on the Manhattan real estate market, and brings 18 years of experience on Wall Street researching and analyzing public and private companies in the consumer, media and Internet space. In addition to producing research and market reports for the firm, as a licensed real estate salesperson, Tak will also offer unparalleled expertise, service and guidance to clients.  Tak's strong background in finance and investing will help owners and investors identify attractive real estate opportunities in Manhattan.
Prior to joining Rutenberg, Mr. Cheung was a banker on Wall Street, before redirecting his investment knowledge to the residential real estate market. He worked for Merrill Lynch, as well as multi-billion dollar hedge funds Kingdon Capital and Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers.  Tak holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and a JD from UCLA.
