Ephraim Setton, Executive Director of the Commercial Division at R NEW YORK, is responsible for developing and implementing new products, business activities, and talent acquisition at New York City’s fifth largest real brokerage company with over 700 agents.

Working with institutional, corporate and private clients, Ephraim has successfully advised clients on a broad range of transactions: from landlord and tenant representation to investment sales, across all asset classes, including multifamily, retail, and office.

Prior to joining R New York, Mr. Setton worked at JTRE Holdings as Leasing and Acquisitions Director with a strong focus in Midtown South’s NoMad district. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and Young Real Estate Professionals of New York.

With a relationship-focused approach, Ephraim manages and coaches current and incoming teams of agents, establishing R NEW YORK as the premier brokerage in New York commercial marketplace.

Ephraim graduated from Brooklyn College and Bank Street College with an MS in Leadership. He volunteers in a local Big Brother Big Sister program and is an active committee member at the Magen David Community Center of Manhattan.
