Formerly an executive recruiter, Todd understands the large investment of time and emotion that comes with a major life change, and he is there every step of the way with knowledgeable guidance.

Good rapport, communication and follow up are some of many qualities Todd offers that make clients feel so comfortable working with him to fill their real estate needs. His previous background in hospitality also ingrained in him that quality customer service is his main mission, and top priority.

Born in New Jersey and raised in Manhattan, Todd’s interest in real estate started at a very young age. His parents who were originally from Queens decided to start a family in the suburbs of central New Jersey with their oldest son; an infant at the time. However when Todd was 7 his folks bought their first Coop in Manhattan on the UES as a weekend pied-à-terre. Two years later, they bought a larger apartment in the same building and left their suburban home for good. Ever since then, Todd and his family have been involved in dozens of transactions, buying, selling, leasing and relocating throughout the city.

Todd graduated from Baruch College with a BA in Human Resource Management. He also received an AAS in Hospitality Management from NYC Technical College. In his personal time he practices Krav Maga, is an avid tennis player, and is highly respected in the dog community, as he is involved with various Dog rescue organizations, and Dog runs throughout NYC.
